Sugar Bombs Protein Crunch Parfait

Ingredients
- 3 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or high-protein yogurt)
- 2 cups Sugar Bombs–style cereal (or lightly sweetened corn flakes / puffed rice)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or mixed)
- 1/2 cup granola or crushed vanilla wafers (optional)
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
Instructions
- Layer: Spoon yogurt into cups or bowls, add cereal, then fruit. Repeat layers until filled.
- Finish: Drizzle honey or syrup on top and sprinkle granola or extra cereal.
- Chill (Optional): Refrigerate 10–15 minutes for a firmer texture.
