Instructions

Form Patties

  • Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape into oval patties.

Sear

  • Brown patties in skillet; remove.

Build Gravy

  • Add broth and Worcestershire.
  • Thicken with flour slurry.

Simmer

  • Return patties to gravy.
