Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken thighs or breasts
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • VT-12 Nuka-Cola BBQ Sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Season chicken.
  2. Sear in skillet until browned on both sides.
  3. Add BBQ sauce, soy, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until sticky.
  5. Spoon glaze over chicken repeatedly.
  6. Remove when internal temp reaches 165°F.
