Ingredients

- Boneless chicken thighs or breasts
- Salt
- Black pepper
Glaze
- VT-12 Nuka-Cola BBQ Sauce
- Soy sauce
- Garlic, minced
- Ginger, grated
Instructions
Sear
- Season chicken.
- Sear in skillet until browned on both sides.
Glaze
- Add BBQ sauce, soy, garlic, and ginger.
- Reduce heat and simmer until sticky.
Finish
- Spoon glaze over chicken repeatedly.
- Remove when internal temp reaches 165°F.

- Excellent over rice.
- Add chili flakes for heat.
- Works great in a slow cooker too.
