Ingredients

Core

  • Boneless chicken thighs or breasts
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Glaze

  • VT-12 Nuka-Cola BBQ Sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, grated

Instructions

Sear

  • Season chicken.
  • Sear in skillet until browned on both sides.

Glaze

  • Add BBQ sauce, soy, garlic, and ginger.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until sticky.

Finish

  • Spoon glaze over chicken repeatedly.
  • Remove when internal temp reaches 165°F.

  • Add chili flakes for heat.
  • Works great in a slow cooker too.
