Ingredients

  • Lump crab meat
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon mustard
  • Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Neutral oil or butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix mayo, mustard, egg, Worcestershire, and spices.
  2. Gently fold in crab and breadcrumbs.
  3. Shape into patties.
  4. Chill 10 minutes to firm.
  5. Heat oil in skillet over medium.
  6. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  7. Drain briefly and serve hot.
