Ingredients

- Mayonnaise

Seasoning & Spices

- Worcestershire sauce

For Cooking
- Neutral oil or butter
Instructions
Combine
- In a large bowl, mix mayo, mustard, egg, Worcestershire, and spices.
- Gently fold in crab and breadcrumbs.
Form
- Shape into patties.
- Chill 10 minutes to firm.
Sear
- Heat oil in skillet over medium.
- Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
Serve
- Drain briefly and serve hot.
