Ingredients

  • Turkey breast (bone-in or boneless)
  • Unsalted butter, softened
  • Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Fresh thyme, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Pat turkey dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix butter, herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub mixture all over turkey, including under the skin if possible.
  5. Place turkey in roasting pan.
  6. Roast until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.
