Ingredients
Core
- Turkey breast (bone-in or boneless)
- Unsalted butter, softened
Seasoning & Herbs
- Fresh rosemary, chopped
- Fresh thyme, chopped
- Garlic, minced
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Pat turkey dry with paper towels.
Butter Coat
- Mix butter, herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Rub mixture all over turkey, including under the skin if possible.
Roast
- Place turkey in roasting pan.
- Roast until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest
- Rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.

- Resting is mandatory for juice retention.
- Great alternative to full turkey.
- Save drippings for gravy.
