Ingredients

Core

  • Turkey breast (bone-in or boneless)
  • Unsalted butter, softened

Seasoning & Herbs

  • Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Fresh thyme, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

Prep

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  • Pat turkey dry with paper towels.

Butter Coat

  • Mix butter, herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub mixture all over turkey, including under the skin if possible.

Roast

  • Place turkey in roasting pan.
  • Roast until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest

  • Rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.
