Classic Apple Crisp

Ingredients
Filling
- 5–6 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Topping
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, cold and cubed
Instructions
Prep Filling
- Toss apples with sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Spread in greased baking dish.
Make Crumble
- Mix oats, flour, and brown sugar.
- Cut in butter until crumbly.
Bake
- Sprinkle topping over apples.
- Bake at 350°F until bubbly and golden.
